The have gluten free injera for an extra price and if you request it.
Injera, the bread of Ethiopian cooking is made with teff flour. Teff itself is gluten free, but some places may use other flour as a filler. I unfortunately have no idea how they mix their injera or if there are wheat and other gluten containing flour in any of the food. Most should be gluten free as it's vegetables and meat, most items aren't breaded.
