My friend and I tried Hotworx for the first time yesterday. We were offered a guest pass since we were new. I enjoyed the hot Pilates class, it was low impact but worked your muscles and the heat wasn’t too intense. The class was 30 minutes and I woke up feeling sore but in a good way. I’m eager to try some of the more high Intensity classes.

Great workouts and great staff! It is open 24hr so it is super convenient for anyone and the workouts save a lot of time because of the infrared heat. I definitely recommend trying this place out.

Great place to workout. The hot sauna workouts help getting back in shape so much easier. The muscles are sore but not as much. The best gym to join and start on a workout routine. The staff is very helpful, friendly and in a roundabout way, make you accountable to come work out.

I joined Hot Worx Parkville as soon as they opened in May of 2020. It’s the only workout I have ever been able to stay consistent with in my life! The staff is so encouraging, the facility sparkles clean and the workout is efficient and effective for all who have a busy schedule and struggle to find time to work out! Obsessed with this place!
