I have to say every employee that works here is so incredibly nice EXCEPT the owner. He’s very rude and condescending.

Went in a few times now. Once when the owner was there and a couple other times after. Tried a few different flavors. The original kettle is by far the best. Anything else is not that great to be honest. Tried to pass the bags onto my 14yo he hated them. The kids that work here can't accept tips. They put them in the reg and it goes back to the owner... Tried tipping the owner and he made a goofy comment about his views on tipping. I make a living on my tips and that allowed me to pay in cash. Which he enjoyed haha! The irony. Last time I went in for kettle, Fox News was playing... I know that kid doesn't watch fox for fun. It all made sense.. Never coming back.

She mocked my speech. I had on a mask to protect her . I canceled the order. Life has taught me to not spend my money where I’m not valued.
