For the second time this company stops paying me the detention due to delays in loading and unloading, alleging that they have to wait for their client to approve the payment when the contracts of us carriers are with PEPSI and not with their clients, all this after more than 36 hours waiting for payment. It is shameful what these gentlemen do to steal the money that we try to make with so much sacrifice to feed our children and put a roof over our families. GOD OBSERVES THEM

Absolutely terrible business, and Hess Dillon not the best. They lied about delivery. No one answered the phone nor emails. It wasn't until the driver got unloaded that all of a sudden there were workers in the company again. Furthermore, our broker quit mid through. No one let us know who our new broker was. poor communication. Please be careful with these people. I wish I would have read the reviews first.
