They do not adhere to the hours posted on their website. They are rude and unhelpful. They have a homemade sign in their door that they won’t accept walks AN HOUR before they close. There was no wait. I arrived at 11:20. Unacceptable business practices! Post your correct hours and act like professionals. Work the time that is publicly posted.

The service I received was great. I was nervous after reading the reviews. However, Wendy was extremely nice and I made my appointment online and checkin online. I only waited 10 min and was in and out. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

Much faster than the Quest lab in Tom Thumb. Went at open and there was only one person waiting. In and out in less than 10 minutes. There were 10 people scheduled for the next hour, so get there first thing. They had maybe 6 lab techs.
