This is a nice store, clean well displayed and setup. My wife and I baulk at prices no matter where we go. Furniture is just not made like it used to be made. Of the 3 stores we visited we liked this one the best. It might be because there was no pressure, Jim the sales representative we spoke with made us feel comfortable.

Ordered a bedroom set in June. Didn’t get it until 4 weeks ago. The drawer was damaged and the wrong hardware and slats. My bed is now on bloscks of wood. I’ve sent emails with no help, called the store 3 times where Cindy was NOT at all helpful. She said, call customer service. We spent almost $2000.00 and that’s what I’m told! Unacceptable. I finally just spoke with Sharron at customer service who seems to be helpful. Apparently the lady helping me left and didn’t bother to pull any info to helps me. I’m hoping we can straighten all of this out before I take it to the top. Fingers crossed.
