We had looked at many places for furniture. Colfax had a large selection, with reasonable prices. Our salesman was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The delivery guys were exceptional. Getting the sofa in proved to be a challenge. They were able to get it in, and setup, to our satisfaction.

Very unsatisfactory experience. Bought many items from this location over the years. Bought a sectional went to pick up at the warehouse. Worker could not find my furniture and I waited over hour and half. Somehow the warehouse lost 2 units. Then we went back to the showroom store to get the display piece. We asked for a discount manager Jamie would not mark down anything request denied Other employees confirm there confirm she could have but shows favoritism to white people.

Very expensive compared to other comparable stores. Prices seem to be raised then a discount is offered on the higher price.

I love shopping here. I bought a recliner in Feb and the moter went out on it. Great news is still under warrenty and hopefully won't cost anything. We decided to buy a back up for me to my other chair gets fix. Yes I am spoiled.
