I went into the urgent care center this morning. They opened at 8am and had everyone line up in a single file line. Twenty minutes later. They are still on the first person for registration. With only one person doing check ins. No reason it should take this long and not have more people available.

Immediate care by appointment only is a joke. Do not go if you need immediate care.

I went in to immediate care last night around 6:30pm. Dr. Blake was amazing and so were her nurses. I had a bad laceration on my toe and she set me right up with stitches and several jokes that helped lighten the mood! You could tell she really cares about her patients.

I cannot say enough good things regarding my visit to the Northwestern urgent care center in Vernon Hills. The registration process was very easy and quick as was the wait time. The entire visit was only 35 minutes. Dr. Ron is wonderful. She was very patient friendly and through regarding examination and consultation, The nurse was also very pleasant. I would highly recommend this place should you need to get to an urgent care center.
