We enjoy living at The Denton. The amenities are very accommodating with 2 gyms and 2 pools. We have been able to reserve spaces to entertain larger parties that would be less than ideal in our apartment. The leasing staff is amazing. Mathew is always so pleasant with any request I have. Maxwell is very knowledgeable about the complex and can answer all of my questions. Corey was the first person I ever spoke to about the complex and after speaking with him I just knew I wanted to live here. Matthew, Maxwell, and Corey get nothing but compliments from me! The only suggestion or critique I would have is for the complex to install a play set for children. There is a dog park for the dogs to run around, but it would be nice to have a playground for kids.

I have never had a better experience moving into an apartment. My situation was a little chaotic but they worked with me so patiently! Matthew from the beginning gave me all the reassurance everything will pan out smoothly, and it did! He worked with me every step of the move in process and I couldn’t have asked for a better leasing agent! Max, also a leasing agent, was extremely helpful and patient when I needed something even at the last minute of their work day! Im 3 days in living here and I’ve met the maintenance crew and the property manager. Big thanks to Steve the maintenance manager who helped me at 11pm my first night here. Got myself locked out of my garage and he without hesitation helped me back in! They all have been so helpful and kind. I’m beyond excited to live here and have these people as my apartment crew! 10/10 recommended The Denton

This place is spectacular! I am about to sign into another 13 month lease soon, and that will make 3 years so far living here. The apartments are quality, and maintenance is prompt and polite (shout out to Dallas). The staff here is what really makes my decision to stay (though there are tons of “pros” on my list). Matthew, Maxwell, Corey, Morgan, and Adrian are all extremely accommodating, personable, professional, polite, and they really care! Love love love all of them ❤️

We have lived here for 4 years now and can’t say enough of how much we genuinely enjoy the community and it’s employees. They deal with any or all needs promptly. The manager Cory is so professional and attentive! We recently took notice how well our grounds are kept! Frank literally does so much to keep our grass looking wonderful! We enjoy the proximity of everything you can walk to pretty much anything you need. The community provides a beautiful trail to walk your dogs!
