Samantha has cut my hair twice and both times did a great job. She is friendly, professional and has a clean station. The salon staff is friendly and it's easy to book online through their website using a desktop but not via their mobile site.

Worst place ever! I went for a haircut and balayage to Alyssa and the way she talked to me was as if like she's my boss not clearly explaining things. I m not so aware of the hair color treatment so I had many questions but she gave me a look as if I want the treatment or not and seemed frustrated answering my questions. She was very busy and she talked very nicely with other clients smiling and joking with them. I felt as if I was the only one hated there and when I told them that being the only brown skin person at that moment the behavior seems very racist and I m not happy with my hair color they banned me. My hair is in a worst condition as it needed another balayage treatment as told by Alyssa and its left untreated with an orange color at the ends. I don't know about other stylists but Alyssa is the worst she has an attitude as if she knows a lot and she owns u.

Worst haircut I've ever had. I have a pixie cut and called the salon to request a stylist that had experience with pixie cuts. My stylist had no idea what she was doing. Pixie cuts are all about finesse and attention to detail. She just started randomly chopping away at my hair with no obvious plan or structure. I was left with blunt ends, chunky layers and funky shape. My cuts usually take at least an hour, but I was in and out of the studio (including wash and blow dry in less than 30mins). I can't believe I payed $75 (without tip) for this terrible haircut. It's so bad that I won't even go back there for a free bang trim. The atmosphere isn't great either. Feels like a slightly more upscale Great Clips. If you're looking for a premium salon with talented stylists...this isn't it.

My daughter gets her haircut with stylist Darian today. She’s happy with her result. I gave three stars because I used the service there for myself about three months ago for a haircut and a full balayage. I was charged double for balayage and charged $70 for haircut, almost same amount as what stylist Darian charged for my daughter’s service today but I didn’t feel I had received the same haircut service as my daughter feels today. So I guess it depends on who is working on your hair and make sure to double check what is being charged. Although I received the refund on what was over charged, it’s almost a missed event if I didn’t look at my receipt. And it was almost 200 bucks!!
