My only gripe.. is.. that I used your facility two years ago, March.. Still have random Bills popping up in my mailbox several have went to collections already.... This needs to be all one charge... I paid 9 different bills... with 4 made that it to collections... *updated*

I was with Group Health before Kaiser Permanente took over. In total I’ve been with them for 46 years ! Kaiser Permanente at Northshore Clinic is a great place. My Provider is PHENOMENAL! Dr. Tikoo Listens to what I have to say and addresses the issues that I’m having. The pharmacy is spectacular! They are professional, friendly and helpful. The Check -in staff are professional, friendly and efficient. The Lab Technicians are also friendly, professional, efficient and very good at what they do. To sum up Kaiser Permanente at the Northshore Clinic I have to say that it’s been a great experience for me and will continue to be.

First time patient at KP Northshore location today and I was blown away at how fast and smooth everything went. After being a patient at another medical group for over 30 years I have to say I grew accustomed to waiting way past my appointment times, being sent all over for simple tests and procedures, going out to pharmacies to wait again for medications etc. I had no idea going to the Dr, could be this pleasant. They fit me in immediately the same day to get additional services I needed and had my prescriptions ready immediately for pick up in the lobby when I was done. That has never happened to me before, I used to dread anything involving seeing the Dr. I’m thrilled with the service I got today and my new Dr. Thank you for making a great and lasting first impression on me as a new patient Kaiser permanente.

Got a new job so I signed up with Kaiser. I’ve heard a lot of either horror stories or amazing reviews using an HMO but I decided to try it out! I’ve had no problems so far and the pharmacy was pleasant. I also went to the optical at the Bellevue location. Good selection of frames and the people were nice, fair prices.
