Staff was quite unfriendly. Sign in person took several minutes and a verbal cue from someone at main desk to acknowledge me. I asked assistance with check in procedure and he was quite unhelpful. I then proceeded to main desk where someone came out from behind the desk and challenged me to the purpose of my visit, which was to find out about membership and programs. She was also quite unfriendly and seemed to think that I was or had been a member, which I had not. In fact the last time I was in that building was over 10 years ago as a vendor at a healthcare fair providing services to their members!

I have received footcare at Northshore, Bothell forthe last 5 years and have received excellent care. I highly recommend them for this important service for individuals who can't manage their feet.

The only star I’m giving here is because that the place is neat, clean and big enough to host large capacities, but unfortunately I’m not going to host any party at Northshore Senior Center...like Never! Yesterday, I was attending a baby birth party for one of my friends, and for a moment, I thought I might have an Iftar dinner gathering at this place. This idea just faded away once I saw how the night shift employees were rude, arrogant and mean to our host friends. The employee’s tone of voice was condescending and she was almost yelling at our friends when she was checking the hall and the kitchen after the part was over. Everything was left perfectly clean after we were done. We teamed up with our friends to clean up every inch before leaving and despite the fact that they have had $300 deposit for professional cleaning, the grouchy lady insisted that my friend should clean the reception because the guests’ kids walked over there! Can you believe how defying her behavior seemed? Just to let you know, our friends who hosted the party were decent enough not to go this low and they did clean the “tidy clean” reception in lieu of arguing with this disrespectful employee. I would never ever consider this place, nor recommend it for anyone who is willing to host a party with a diverse attendees, unless they train their employees to be more inclusive and “decent”! See you never NSC!

Great place to socialize, take classes, dance, play pickleball, eat a good, reasonably priced lunch that includes dessert. Many resources available to help individuals maintain their independence and health, both spiritually and mentally. Schedule a time to come by for a quick tour!

You need to call the front desk and have them put you in contact with the new person doing distribution
We do have rolling walkers for sale. They have seats and brakes. They fold for transport or storage. All our walkers are in good condition, clean and ready for use. We also have wheel chairs, canes and crutches. Let us know what you need.
You may ask the folks that go there. Many could be your neighbors and can recommend a good plumber
Northshore has their own transportation which travels within the Bothell area and rumors are if you qualify for the ACCESS transportation services you'd be eligible for Northshore's. Hope that helps...

If you have access to the internet through a desktop or laptop, you can also access our new Winter catalog and see all of the activities and classes available to you for Jan, Feb and Mar. Hope this helps if not, you can call the center first thing in the morning from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

There isn't one. When you're there, just go to Wi-Fi and just log into NS Sr Ctr and it will connect you automatically
