Great finishes an updated style inside apartments. Perfect location if you are a student or work at KU Medical Center. I've had some issues with noises, but management has been amazing and helpful at resolving the problems.

Great location, especially if you work at the University of Kansas Medical Center, as it is within walking distance. Many unique and diverse eating and shopping experiences are also within walking distance. Additionally, the apartment management provides excellent customer service and is always very responsive in resolving concerns.

Studio units do not have a kitchen sink and there is no dishwasher in the units what in the hell kinda health code violation is that washing eating utensils in the bathtub or the bathroom sink! I am calling the health department next!!!!!
