We moved in Friday and LOVE the apartment and the view. One of the things in this move to the Grand is the staff who has gone above and beyond to make us feel at welcome and has answered every question and addressed all of our needs. They are always available and willing to spend whatever time is needed to make sure things are right. Thank you to all of you. I highly recommend this communutiy

In the recent wind storm I be became aware of the cheap build they took for this building. They advocate the view but these cheap single pane glass windows are a safety hazard as well as an aesthetic eyesore. They never clean the windows like competitors one or two light, nor will they fix the window electronics that “prevent or help the windows from fogging/frosting.” Nice office staff but they’re liars too. Used to love it here but can’t wait to ditch this hole

We have lived at the Grand for 10 months now and the experience has been phenomenal. The staff from the leasing agents, especially Jordan, to the maintenance crew are best in the city. If you don’t believe us, check out the awards on display in the lobby. The amenities are top-notch. We toured many buildings in downtown and this building provides the best amenities. The most pet-friendly building you can find anywhere in KC. If pets are not your thing, we’re sure the views from the highest rooftop pool in KC won’t disappoint you. But the best part of this building is the community. The Grand sets up many community events and parties that really allow everyone to get to know each other. If you want a fun, safe community in a fantastic location, the Grand is the place for you.

I have lived at the Grand for a little over six months now and have LOVED every minute. First, the management of the building is top notch and made moving in so easy. They are also so helpful when you have questions or issues and accommodating. Second, the location! I love being just two blocks away from power and light especially during the summer for hot country nights. Also there are so many cool and local places within walking distance especially the river market on Saturdays. Third, the amenities are spectacular and the units are really beautiful. Last, security was one of my top priorities when moving downtown and the Grand has a great one. Also, compared to other luxury apartments, the Grand is very affordable for downtown living with all the perks that you get!

Hi David, Thank you for reaching out! Our 21st floor amenities are open now and the atrium level amenities are projected to open in approximately 90 days. Due to unforeseen circumstances relating to COVID-19, we do not have an update on drive through coffee at this time. Our community is very pet friendly! We even have an on site bark park and grooming station.
