After waiting for a reply at a different place for three weeks I was looking to extend my current lease for a month just to be able to find a different place to live. Then Fountainhead came along and saved me. I applied yesterday and got approved just one hour after leaving the leasing office.! The management is incredibly nice and helpful. My first visit to Fountainhead was amazing. My girlfriend and I were given a tour of one of their units by one of their management members, Monique. She really sold it. The community is great, the space is perfect, have a nice fountain in the middle of the community, nothing to complain about. If you're looking for apartments and even have pets? Definitely should consider checking this property out! Update: There is new management that took over at the start of the year. They are efficient and nice but there has also been multiple different groups of Staff that have come through in the last few months. If you apply, then I just want to make you all aware!

I have had a long day today with this place. They messed up my account and called the police on me. I have been very emotional plus hurt all because of a company switch good luck to anyone moving in this apartment place is not the same

We had a good experience at Fountainhead! The neighbors are super friendly and management is responsive and nice as well. I would recommend if you are looking for an affordable and cozy place to live.

This apartment has been a fantastic home for the past 3 years. The two bedroom is very spacious. Great walk in closets, two restrooms, balcony, storage closets & more! I loved it!! Also very close to I-435 for ez access to get where you need to go. The pool & work out room is a great plus! Maintenance gets done in a timely manner. The office takes care of their residents.
