I HAVE LIVED HERE 2 YEARS NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS.MAINTENCE WAS ALWAYS ON TIME.NEW MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER THEY DIDN'T BOTHER TO COME AROUND AND TRY AND INTRODUCE THEY SELF TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANY PROBLEMS.MY LEASE IS UP THE END OF JULY.HOLMESWOOD WILL GIVE YOU A BAD REFERENCE TO KEEP YOU FROM MOVING.

The new management team is a joke. They are very rude and you can't get anyone to answer the phone. They towed my car without notifying me and it cost me $445 to get my vehicle back. I will not be renewing my lease with these idiots. When I went to ask the manager why they towed my car she was very rude and then the maintenance man cane and jumped in the conversation. I felt very disrespected.

I've lived here since fall 2019. Everything was fine and I never had any complaints until new management took over in April. First, they've raised the rent $200! The current advertised rent is $200 more than I currently pay. I know they're just waiting for my lease to end so they can up my rent by $200. The apartments look like they haven't been updated or painted since 1970. The carpet and appliances are outdated and gross. The water never works, as someone mentioned, it was off for 5 days. The biggest red flag is Yvonne leaving. She's been running this place for years! She knew everyone here by name. She answered all my calls, emails, and maintenance requests quickly. With Yvonne gone, it's officially time to pack my bags.

I live here as of April 29th and have not had any problems with the management ladies, and have personally become fond of Yvonne. she has a strong personality, but I haven't ever felt like she's being rude and I've met with her a handful of times. the way that other tenants are when they come in to pick up packages made me feel welcomed before I had even moved in, it was such a friendly environment. my only complaint so far is maintenance, my dishwasher doesn't work and I put in a request over a week ago and haven't heard back or gotten an email stating that it was received. the hot water in my building went out for 5 days, on day 2 they sent out an emailing saying it should be fixed by the 3rd night but then nothing else was heard. the water was unexpectedly shut off on the 5th day for about an hour and then was fixed that night. I feel that they should have emailed again to update us after it wasn't fixed by that 3rd night. otherwise, I've had no problems and they have addressed any questions or concerns and the apartment itself has been nice, as well as my neighbors.
