Brenson and Xavier are currently helping me and my family with damage caused by a leaking faucet. Their professionalism, timeliness, and quality of work thus far makes me hopeful this project will turn out well. Brenson and Xavier came and helped board up my home after a car used my living room as a parking lot. Both of them did a great job being quick and thorough, I definitely feel way more secure in my home after them coming out. Also, shout out to Brenson for knocking down the wasp nest and spraying it with poison. I had been battling them for 2 days, so he was a real hero.

We had a break in at our home and our insurance company reached out to a Jenkins Restoration to assist with boarding up our window. They received the request was around 6:00pm on a Friday and their team was quick to respond and confirm a team member would be out that evening to assist, as they knew it was an urgent matter. Xavier called me as soon as he was assigned to us and let me know his status and an approximate time of arrival which we greatly appreciated! He called again to confirm the size of the window to ensure he had the appropriate materials. Upon arrival, he was so kind and polite. He had actually beaten the cops to the scene so we’re very careful to not move too much around so the police could still assess the situation. It had been a very stressful evening and Xavier was definitely a bright spot of the evening. We are so grateful for their speedy and caring response! We hope to use them again soon, under less stressful circumstances.
