(East Pioneer Location) PF provides refuge to the homeless. There is one that lives in the parking lot. PF is so freindly with him that they allow him behind the counter! I have pictures to prove it. Can he see your name or personal information as you check in? He LIVES in the lobby. It's been months like this. Rolls in and out in his pajamas. Takes over the lobby table and talks to members like he's an employee. There's no telling what the story is. What is he fleeing from? I'm sure they would hire him unless there's a criminal history hmm. He's there, in the lobby or locker room ALL DAY. Stairmasters go months without repair. Also, PF decided to give every teen in dfw a free membership during the ENTIRE SUMMER. This left paying members with over population and more broken equipment. All for what?! So much for paying customer appreciation. They removed pizza and bagel days, PF points, and in return open the door to every kid in DFW. great job "management"!!

Do NOT sign a contract with Planet Fitness. I signed up for this location last year, but then had to move away for a job where there were no other Planet Fitness locations, and to this day, they have refused to let me cancel. There is no way to cancel online, through email, or on the phone, and they purposefully make any method of cancellation as difficult as possible. It is predatory and a scam. I mailed a letter to this location requesting cancellation, like it is stated in my contract, and nothing has changed. There is no customer service line, no customer service email, and nothing you can do except hope that they will get back to you. IT IS DESIGNED TO KEEP YOU LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT, EVEN IF YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY THE CANCELLATION FEE. And they force you to link it to a checking account rather than a credit card to make it more difficult to dispute as fraud. They are taking advantage of people who don't have a strong legal knowledge in order to lock them into contracts they do not understand and cannot leave.
