My husband and I love this location for so many reasons! First, it has one of the best kids clubs in the area. There's a park with a slide and plenty of room to run around. They've finally completed a much needed remodel, only complaint is I wished they would have replaced the treadmills. Husband was happy to see new squat racks. He's a huge fan of the the sauna as well. I highly recommend the yoga class on Thursdays. The instructor is awesome. Overall, great gym that meets our whole family's needs.

Hi I'm the new GM here at the Arlington South location. We are no longer Esporta, although Esporta is still under the same umbrella as LA fitness we are back to being LA fitness. We will be remodeling the club March 7th which is the reason why we are back to being LA Fitness!
Not sure about the silver sneakers question. They do have an indoor pool with several lanes, whirlpool spa, and sauna.

The new LA fitness off sublett is now open, we will be remodeling this location March 7th which will look like sublett location but we are keeping the Sauna, basketball court and racquetball courts! Unfortunately at the moment none of our LA Fitness locations will be 24hrs.
Do a Google search "La Fitness near me" and when you reach that you be of to see the Particular club information which includes hours of operation most open apparently a 5 summit 6 and Sunday's has different hours.
No sorry our basketball courts are not free, you have to be a member or pay $20 for a guest pass!

Water aerobics is at 6:00 on Monday and Wednesday and on Saturday morning.
They have a water heater and I find the water temp comfortable. I swim a mile so I don’t want it too warm.
