Staff was very unfriendly. No hello how are, how can I help you. My room smelled like smoke. I don’t understand why management allows smoking rooms. The smaller smell permeates every where. When I checked out, I informed woman working I was checking out.She didn’t Acknowledge me just stared at me. She finally said I need your ID. Wow! Aweful customer service. And to pay a $40 deposit how customer unfriendly. The reason I stay at Motel 6 is that they allay pets. Well I’ve decided I will pay $40 more for a better hotel.

I attempted to contact Mr. Patel and he just wanted to argue with me he would not even let me speak all he did was scream at me and hung the phone up on me my face. I did not stay at that hotel and you can check the emails that I have sent back to you that I even showed you the hotel that I stayed at was called La Quinta Inn and I showed you the confirmation for that in the email. I am not playing Mr. Patel’s games simply because he does not want to pay me back my funds. up until he started screaming in my face over the phone and then just simply hung up was called La Quinta Inn and I showed you the confirmation for that in the email. I simply want my refund bottom line if I do not get my refund I will no longer book with Hotels.com and we will be dealing leave with legal action at this point I’m just simply asking for a measly $73.31 because I did not stay at that hotel nor did I pay the $40 that they were asking for for a deposit . This is absolutely unfair that I have to deal with this kind of activity just to get a refund for a room I did not even stay in.

I dont know what the heck happened to this place. I have stayed here many times in the past. This time... wow! Filthy dirty floors, looks like they just pushed dirt into the corners. I will say that the sheets were clean. No bedbugs but there were creepy crawlers. Make double sure you document the cash deposit they require. Glad I did!!

I booked online and online wouldn't let me choice AARP rate. I called and was told that all I have to do is show my AARP card at check in. Well when I went to check in was told it has to be booked that way to get rate. Room had poop stains on wall next to toilet. Remote for tv didn't work. Noise all night can hear freeway hear firetruck and traffic all night. Everytime someone opens or closes doors you can hear bagging noise. It was only in 40's for overnight temperature outside and heat couldn't keep up. Room really wasn't that clean stickers on floor dust buddies on floor. Had one washcloth for a room that sleeps 4 strange, two towels and 2 had towels. To top it off went to check out and was told couldn't get a receipt due to printer not working. This motel 6 I believe is a franchise! Don't waste your money here, they should pay us to stay! And I still wouldn't if you want sleep. Worse motel 6 ever!!!!!!! And I have stayed in a lot of them.

Not sure it would depend on the local ordinances. But I would call and talk to them it is the best motel 6 I have ever been to.
I wouldnt stay there. It used to be a nice place but not so much now. Theres a nice Econo Lodge a few miles down on Taney Street.
