I helped my brother book this place. We gave it one star because No stars is not an option. The Older lady at the front desk is Extremely RUDE. She yelled at an elderly disabled person and said there was no rooms before they even made it all the way in the office as I held the door open for her, when there is rooms available still. She yelled at me for getting Ice twice for my perishable and my Insulin as I am Diabetic. Very very bad manners! They are NOT welcoming of their Guest.They look and treat you like second class citizens. This is the location on Blue Parkway near Sonic. All these other reviews about how bad it is are telling the truth. Please use this place as a last resort or not even… Not worth your hard earned cash.

Came to visit a friend from Texas, staying for a week, he has no complaints as far as service is concerned, but on a Friday night, the parking spaces are a premium after 9pm.

I don't think my top sheet was clean. It looked very dim n dirty compared to the fitted sheets as well as mattress cover. The towels n soap needs to be much bigger. The toilet tissue is to thin. Carpet is old n dirty. Adjustments needs to be made, add x-rated movies. Better management, drug test employees randomly, floors cleaned n vacuumed more often, blanket needs to be washed frequently due to Covid-19 n germs. No kind of fresh smell whatsoever. I'm a regular customer n rooms need upgraded 😡😡

They had bug's inside the place,burnt covers on the window and beds sheets,lights went out above headrest, low on toilet paper, had to share a microwave outside the lobby, Fridge wasn't working, no shampoo/conditioner provided,no receipts were given for transaction,
