They could've done a much better job cleaning the rooms (which are pretty small), plus we had a room on the bottom floor and the ceiling in our bathroom started leaking at one point. Next door neighbour was extremely nosey and the area is a bit trashy. But it wasn't that bad.

I called the customer service number don't expect a prompt response from them. I came to stay here because my sister was in the hospital and It was close to the hospital. Your not going to get all the services they offer. I asked about a weekly rate they said they didn't have one, only to find out from another customer that they did after 6 days later.. I couldn't get into the room twice even after I asked if they had fixed the door. Wasn't able to work the TV called the office 3 hours later I had to call them back and the service person said it was the remote and nothing could be done about it.. The next time no microwave or refrigerator had to go to the office and have them heat my food up. Fire alarm was ripped off the wall. If you're trying to leave you'll have to move the laundry cart away from the stairs to get up or down. Telling me no weekly rate has made me move my stuff in and out of this place. Don't count on motel 6 to leave a light on for you two rooms didn't have lights that worked when you first walked in.

The room was trashed. Whole entertainment center was falling off the wall and only held up by the microwave, shower sprayed sideways and wet whole bathroom! Our neighbor room sold drugs and had people parked in front of us repeatedly. One neighbor ran an air compressor at 1 AM outside our window for 40 minutes. People knocked on OUR door all through the night! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and scary for my mother. Worst motel stay I've ever had. STAY ELSEWHERE if you want to feel safe.

I was really weary of all the bad reviews. It's nothing fancy. Comfortable bed, good heat, nice hot shower, and quiet. Ladies in the office are very courteous. Location was perfect for me. I will be back.
