First time there visiting family in Texas. Waited outside before the place opened, had chairs to sit in line and great weather the day of visiting. Someone came out to greet everyone outside and get us excited to be there as well as informed us of special items on the menu that day. They opener early to let us in and we were second in line, so it was not a long wait. Ordered 2 samplers and some desert to go. All employees were friendly and ready to serve good Texas BBQ. We got our food to go, brought the food home for family. The Best BBQ I have ever had. Will probably compare all future BBQ to the food here. Delicious, will come back again on the next visit.

I went here with my husband for the first time and when we arrived there was a huge line winding around the outside of the restaurant building! Also there where ppl dining curbside at some benches along the street which seemed ok since it is a business lunch area. I do have to say the place wasn't big enough or there wasn't enough room to accommodate many people but they do try by putting water outside and some lawn chairs to sit in as you wait. The staff was decent and get you in and out of the place quickly. As for the hype on the BBQ, I really liked the ribs and brisket but the sausage was not great for a well known popular Texas bbq place. It had next to no flavor and even the texture of the sausage was off. I ordered mild not sure if I should have ordered the jalapeno cheese or spicy instead. Other than that everything went well not sure if it's my go to BBQ place though. Definitely will probably be back for brisket, ingredients taste pretty natural and local no weird feelings after eating which I liked((;;

This Was By Far The Best BBQ I Had In My Life The Only Thing I Could Say Was Chicken Should Be Included A Little More Often But Man That Brisket Was A Treat Definitely A Place Worth The Wait Worth The Drive Worth The Money

It's a free Q&A session with the pit master.

Military discount, YES
The time ranges, weather can be a factor, beef ribs can run out early, say 12, sometimes 1:30 slim pickings time, other times plenty of choices left at 1, I always try to be in line before 11
Agreed w Mark. It's a place to eat, not a place to chill and kill time. Ppl roll in and roll out and there's lines to be had
Yes the where good well great
Put water in a bottom pan in oven 325 let the steam heat it
You can probably get there closer to closing time but the specials will probably be gone by then. They only have a certain amount of each item and once they're gone, they're gone.
2pm. We typically do not run out of main items
yes we will
All dry rubs from what I could tell.
I called them from office for take out. Reached there in 30 minutes and food was ready. I take my food out from bag and ate the food at the table immediately. Paid for food in advance.
