The owner of this facility Alex Estrada is not above trying to handle his business aggressively by walking up to your MOTHER and balling his fist ready to act on his anger towards your MOTHER. Their indecisiveness on contract price (even when paid)will threaten to cancel your event if they can’t get more money from you. They are scam artist at large, they will pester you, they will bother you even on the day of the even and during the event for minuscule spills or plates on the tables. They will be sure to make sure their rules and policies they make up as they go will keep you busy and away from enjoying your own event. They are unable to maintain and control multiple events and will make demands for one or all parties to cancel alcohol beverages from being consumed due to poor security for each event going on at once. All owners involved are incredibly unprofessional and will each individually charge you different prices and unexplainable fees. I am not the event holder but I was the witness to most of what took place before and during the event. No one should ever go through the stress of the owners putting you through so many made up rules and policy’s that aren’t included in the contract and pocketing additional fees. Save yourself the stress and money.

Place was filthy, my wife had to clean because th es new owner couldn't do it. Didn't honor contract or return deposit either even though we stayed to clean and it was their responsibility to do so. It seems to be a pattern to not get your refundable deposit back at this place. I suggest anyone who has been victimized or scammed by this business contact Ken Paxton's office, the BBB, and continue to make this known so that people such as Marcela Duran and Alex Estrada are held accountable.
