I'm not saying all the one star reviews are wrong, but it's not the experience I had. My order was online. When I arrived they told me to pull through. Greeted me warmly at the window and immediately produced my order. Everything correct. Chicken was fresh and falling off the bone. I won't tell you this was a life affirming experience. It was classic chicken from KFC. Hopefully what I saw was the norm and they turned themselves around.

Ordered online for pickup. Husband came to pick up, it was sealed up. And of course, they forgot our mashed potatoes. With gas at 4.37/gallon and workers wanting $15 an hour I expect my order to be correct. Went back to the location and no apology or anything. This isn't the first time they have messed up! I WON'T BE BACK. They have now lost my business.

It's super slow the workers were not clean. There was a lady driving a blue lancer, was outside talking to a guy in her car, while the DJ e was slammed packed... also she raised her voice at me saying the lobby is shut down.. once I got my chicken, it was not fresh.. and I was waiting in the drive thru for almost 25 minutes

I've seen the inside of well used dumpsters that were cleaner than this place. Just looking at the building makes me feel sticky. Over-priced oily chicken. KFC used to be so good. :(
