Went there last night after work craving some good fried chicken but was very disappointed when I looked in the bag on the drive home and saw ants crawling all over the honey packets they had placed in the bag. I hurriedly tossed the honey packets and examined the rest of the contents for ants. Luckily the cole slaw, potatoes and gravy were in plastic containers! Saw a couple in the biscuit box but none in the chicken. Potatoes were runny and watery. Very disappointed!

If I could give them a 0 I would. I order a pot pie and it looked like this. Not to mention it was dry. Asked for a breast fill up and they give me a chicken breast that had no skin on it. Then the young lady wearing a dirty t shirt. And when it was time to give me my food she refuse to bring it up the counter. She stopped the other staff that was helping others to bring it to me. Then the menu says the fill up box comes with a cookie she says they stopped giving out them. I sat in the store over 20 minutes after going through the drive thru. I feel she was being rude and being nice to others. Being that I was the only black person in the store. I will never return and at truth be told they changed the ingredients of kfc. Don't go here unless you want dirty employees to help you. Then the dirty woman wanted to charge me 13.00 dollars for 6 chicken strips 😒 🙄

Slow service, no communication at the drive thru when I first pulled up on my 30 minutes lunch break, ordered Mac and cheese which looks like it was scraped off the bottom of the burnt pain, not my first experience with rudeness and slow service at this site but it will be my last

Went here because there was no line. I see why now... Rude and slow service. After I paid was told they didn't have any ready, which would of been nice to know as I was ordering before I paid. Then asked to pull forward to wait for order. Would of made some sense if there was anyone behind us... Just seemed to be a reason for them to take longer while clocking their order as complete. After 20 minutes, asked for an update and was told they had to add them back in due to warm grease and needed more time. A place who's sole gig is fried chicken can't keep hot grease around rush hour time...
