I lived here for only 6 months and Paula in the front office has been completely unprofessional and rude since my lease ended in June. They are charging me for items that i did not damage or break. i had work order requests in for the damages and they were never addressed. I was assured by maintenance when i would pass them in between working 2 jobs that i wouldn't be held accountable for the damages and low and behold i get charged a ridiculous amount of money for items i guarantee were damaged prior to my 6 month lease. Paula has a persnickety & undesirable attitude with no people skills. she and the others do not communicate with each other.They called looking for keys 2 weeks after i returned everything and vacated the property. I have so many negative comments to say about this 6 month experience and all i needed was a temporary dwelling for my children and i in between the sale and purchase of my houses. i suggest you continue looking elsewhere and pass go on this complex up.

My experience living at Bennington Townhomes has been good. The apartments are big and spacious. I’ve had 2 issue with their leasing personal. One issue was over miss information (Bennington townhomes don’t have a home buying clause), but after speaking with a manager who took her time to explain things we were able to come to an understanding. 2nd issue was with their leasing personal, Annmarie. Annemarie lacks empathy, has terrible customer service skills and caused us a deal of stress as she rushed us out of the office. Not ok. On a brighter note… Darren who services the townhomes is great! They’ve really stepped it up with their maintenance personal! I called maintenance/Darren at 7 am in the morning bc my shower wouldn’t turn off. Not only did he fix this but he also fixed my garbage disposal and 2 of my toilets that were making noises. Hopefully he sticks around he is great at what he does and was happy to help even that early in the morning!!

I have been a resident for less than a month. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The unit is a nice size and it was fairly clean when I moved in. After getting settled, I’ve noticed that several things were missed from the previous tenants moving out. There was no handle on the shower in the master bathroom. I later found it in one of the drawers of the bathroom. However, it is still not attached. The tub in the 2nd bathroom did not drain at all ( I cleaned the extremely clogged drain myself as we needed at least one functioning shower). There is an electrical outlet connected to the island that was protruding and the washer does not drain. The panel wall on the balcony appears to be loose and I can see that screws popping up. It’s been very windy this week and I can hear it swaying all night. I included this information on my move in inspection report which I handed directly to a maintenance worker who was standing outside. He stated they would take care of the issues. Almost 4 weeks in, no one has come to fix anything or contacted me. I’ve submitted maintenance requests online, left 2 messages with the office and also spoken to 2 different women who told me someone would respond days later. Nope, nothing. I even asked if I should empty the water in the washer as it has been sitting for 3 weeks and starting to smell. I was told no. Getting service or a response to when issues will be handled seems to be nonexistent. Needless to say, I haven’t experienced some of the issues as other residents reviews but I am not pleased with the lack of communication or assistance. *Update* After posting my review I was contacted by management. I was able to address my concerns and there was a clear line of communication. A few days later maintenance arrived and addressed some of the issues. Anything that could not be fixed immediately will be followed up on this week or in the near future. Also found out my deck was unsafe to use. *Update 2* Have not seen or heard from the maintenance. I’m in month 2 here and still unable to use my deck or wash my clothes in the comfort of my own home, which is a convenience that I’m sure is included in the rent.
