My Pixel 6 Pro, shut off recently, wouldn't charge, despite trying numerous cables, chargers etc. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue, and had my phone back to me the same day. Fast, and friendly service, very happy, would definitely use again.

It took them 6 days to return my phone to me. I dropped it off on Thursday, called them everyday to ask about the status and I kept on getting the answering machine. I only got a call on Friday to let me know it wasn't ready. I kept on calling and got no answer and when I finally went into the store it was closed for 2 days. I called back on Tuesday and they told me it has been ready since Saturday and no one called me or messaged me to let me know it was ready for pick up. I made it very clear to the guy that it was a bussiness phone and I needed done by Saturday and he said they would call me when it was ready. They didn't care. I have submitted a complaint with the corporate headquarters. Choose somewhere else for your repairs and save you all the headaches!

Through a not entirely unfunny turn of events my phone got ran over by a car shattering the display. Was able to get my pixel4a display replaced cheaper than I could have done it myself (and done correctly I might add) same day with about 2 hours turn around time. The repair is seamless and no issues with a 1 year warranty on the replacement. Trent was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and did quick, quality work. Thanks for the help you're a lifesaver! Would recommend to others.
