If your choices were sleeping in the gutter in a rainstorm by a high-traffic 4-way stop, or a room at this fine establishment... I would be hard-pressed to make a decision. While all the rooms have mirrored walls just the right height for vanity, and all the heaters work in all those same rooms... Management is surly, at best. The client is slightly better than what you find in the nearest homeless shelter (at least they had enough cash for one night). It is low-traffic and a monitored parking lot.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. You get what you pay for. The room was clean and neat. However there were burn holes in the comforter. thankfully and then no tell motel like that you don't do much sleeping on the comforter anyhow.
