this place is a scam. They take a $50 application fee and tell you they will charge an additional $150 fee if you dont show up for your appointment within 72 hours. They set up an appointment on purpose that is past 72 hours. They count weekend hours and make appointments on Friday for Monday that are past 72 hours just so they can collect the extra fee. On top of all of that, the place is a complete disaster.

Moved into my new apartment in January. Turned my work order form in because THIS apartment was NOT ready for me to move in. There were SO many things wrong with it. Never heard anything so I reached out two weeks after I turned in my paperwork. Got told someone was going to come and check the apartment (NO ONE CAME). I called and emailed plenty of times and I would get the same answer every time. spoke to the Manager beginning of may (or April I’ve been reaching out so many times I lost track) and she told me the same thing that she will put my work order in and someone would reach out. NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT! To this day these two pictures show a couple of things that need to be fixed around my apartment. The dishwasher never gets used yet water fills up and smells DISGUSTING! Blinds been broken both in my bedroom and living room since I moved in. There is a leak in my other room and many other things. For rent at almost $1000 I EXPECTED better service from this management. This is my last resort and see if anything gets done.

I applied for the apartment back in March 2022 called the next day to cancel my application as I didn’t feel comfortable moving to this apartment after reading reviews. She told me take another day to think about it and if I still didn’t want to move forward with it then I can still get my money back. I called the next day and was told it’s too late now. After fighting with management to get my money back they finally told me they would mail me a check within 20 days. That was on March 31st. I still haven’t received it, so I call and they tell me it was mailed out on the first week of April. Well here we are May 14th and still no payment. Do not even apply for this apartment! Worst management team.

This new management team and office staff we have now is AWESOME! They have made sure that I am comfortable in my apartment. To mention a couple is Johna’e and Danica! After 9 years of living here I am satisfied!

Don’t bother my heat went out Christmas Eve morning, submitted online request and left mssg on pager for emergency help, never received a response until I called back after Christmas, meaning my kids and I stayed in the cold for 2days. I still had to call this morning, Day after Christmas for a response.
We do not accept section 8, however we do accept emotional support animals.
We do have rental requirements for renting at our community and we do have some pet restrictions, for example we don't accept dogs over 55 lbs. For full details please contact our leasing office and we can answer all of your questions.
We don't accept evictions, unless the amount owed has been paid off in full and it's been a minimum of 3 years since the eviction.
We do not accept any housing vouchers.
