I would not recommend! this place is a disgrace I was moved from my old apartment due to water damaging my entire bathroom and carpets the maintenance men only kept drying the carpet with a fan which caused my house to smell like mildew and mold was everywhere I have 2 young children definitely no living conditions for them in my new apartment I recently started experiencing the same thing but this time bugs are coming up from the sink and water keeps overflowing my sinks causing it to be water all over the floors constantly I am disgusted with this place and they will overcharge you for everything please don’t move here

I've been living here for a year now and I absolutely love it here. The office staff (old and new) have always been really great. They communicate well and makes sure all my needs are met! The maintenance guys are really nice and efficient. The property is clean and well kept. Occasionally the trash bins get full and spill over but its never out of control. Overall I love it here

I wish I had a good experience living here but it was dirty and unsafe. My move in was horrible, it was delayed due to strong chemical and smoke odors and the apartment needing to be fully cleaned ( by me). The property manager never responded to my move in inspection, I contacted her and was told to place work orders. I received a fraudulent bill after move out and the property manager is not willing to explain why I am being told differently from my move out inspection. I was told to get a lawyer. This property has the potential to be great but unfortunately it never was that for me. It was unsafe and no where I would recommend for children or if you don’t want everything you own to smell like smoke and pot. Beware of this property.

I have lived in the Northland for 34 years, and this will be my 3rd apartment complex. Although I haven't moved in yet (I just signed the lease), I know that I will have a positive experience at Forest Park. My son lived here a few years back (as did several of his friends), and from that experience, we all believe it's one of the best choices of where to live in the area. The location is convenient to I-35, yet it doesn't seem to be on the highway. The Lakewood Greenway park has always been one of my happy places, with the walking trail - I am so looking forward to living right next to it! I am planning two major moves in the next five years, and with rent getting higher and higher in my current apartment, I decided this would be a good time to downsize to a one-bedroom and save money in preparation for the future moves. I did my research for months, looking at dozens of options online, and visiting many in person. I am confident that Forest Park offers the most affordable place to live, while still feeling like a safe, well-managed property that I will enjoy and feel at home in. I am particularly happy with the floorplan of my new apartment. It is the same one my son had, and it really maximizes the square footage in a way that feels very spacious. There is nothing else like it in any other apartment complex! The people who manage this place are professional, friendly, and fair, and I highly recommend Forest Park if you are looking for an apartment in the Northland.
