Good place to live if you only own one short vehicle. There are only a few overflow parking spaces to share among other tenants. Go for a building where main entrance is not facing courtyard. Windows are very thin so if people are walking through courtyard, you hear them as loud as they're in your own apartment. Friendly office staff. Quick to respond to maintenance issues. Lots of amenities available. It's been obvious the owners didn't care about the issues as there was no response at the time I was residing or a response to my review until there was alleged new ownership. Hopefully some changes will come about. Too late for me because I moved out years ago

I absolutely love Savannah West! I’m a single, older woman and this complex offers me a safe, friendly and beautiful atmosphere in which to live. The staff at Savannah West are top notch! The amenities, such as the pool, the gym, the golf simulator and the massage and nail professionals are fantastic! For me, the attached two car garage is the most important aspect of my decision to live here. It provides, storage, convenience and security. The grounds are beautiful and the neighborhood is so friendly. It feels more like home than an apartment. I highly recommend you look here before making a final decision. You’ll be glad you did.

Savannah West Apartments are absolutely amazing. I’ve lived here for about 6 weeks and absolutely love it. Savannah West are brand new apartment homes with attached garages, salt water pool, gated community, pet friendly (dog park), and an excellent location. I have asked maintenance to come by on two occasions and they are very quick to respond, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. The staff working in the office also go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and to promote a close knit community feel! I highly recommend Savannah West!
