Never had a problem there. With all the flu viruses and other viruses around the past few months, I doubt it was from their food, cleanliness rating has always been quite high there.
Notify the establishment of what happened. It is certainly possible. Look back at what each of you ate for the previous 18 hours. That would help a medical professional in determining a possible source. I also agree with informing the city/county health department.

I'm curious about your current condition? Also, did your menu choices coincide enough to indicate that you both might have gotten something bad? If so, I recommend reporting it to the county health department. If you are young and healthy and it made you feel bad then imagine what it might have done to some of the elderly who live in the Canton area.
