You can share with them any issue or concern and they will be right there to take care of you immediately. The entire leasing team does a great job making you feel right at home. Most luxury apartments in canton! I have enjoyed every moment living here at the crest! My move in process was simple and quick, the staff was wonderful. I have had a few maintenance request and they were completed the same day. The grounds are amazing! Very clean apartment complex. I would recommend living here to anyone!

Absolutely fell in love with this place when I first toured it. The area is always clean, organized and just very well taken care of. The apartment itself is always being taken care of from pest control to maintenance request in under 24 hours. I have not even lived here for a year but will not be leaving here so soon. Reception is always kind and helpful and just such a wonderful team! I appreciate every staff member greatly!!

I've really enjoyed living here. Krysten at the front desk and the rest of the staff have been very helpful. James does a great job! There are loads of amenities. So far I've not met any bad neighbors. I'll give five stars for now with the caveat that I've not had any real issues to work through or had to deal with ending a lease yet. The gates are often out of service, but that's actually a bonus (to me) since those things don't keep anyone out anyway. They're just there because apparently they make stupid people feel more secure or something.
