My husband & I have always loved Cracker Barrel. Service is alway great & our waiter today was excellent. His name was David. However, what in the world has happened to the biscuits? Obviously you’ve changed your recipe because the biscuits are nowhere near like they used to be and quite honestly are terrible. Eggs were also overcooked. Lastly, coffee & a diet coke $2.75? Our bill the last 2 times we have been there is 33% higher. We understand the economy sucks & that means an increase, but we expect the same quality!

I went to this Cracker Barrel last Sunday. It was around 9:00 am. I asked for scrambled eggs, CRISPY bacon and tomato slices. It also took a while to get out food. The manager even came over and apologized for the wait. Finally got our food. The eggs were cold, the tomato slices were warm and the bacon was not cooked-literally was a blob of barely cooked bacon. They did refund the bacon at my request. Not going back to this location.

Have always had a pleasant experience ordering online from Cracker Barrel. Foods have always been hot and the orders 100% correct until now. When order was placed it kept stating there was an error. After 4 or 5 tries it finally took. But it wasn't 100% as usual. I didn't get the biscuits or any utensils or napkins. I stay in hotels, this was crucial. Anyway I dealt with it. Then later that evening, it come across my phone as 2 orders. Called the store, was told they would fix it. Didn't happen. Went on line and tried to resolve there. Crickets, except I got a coupon for a free dessert next visit. $40 for one order and I get a coupon for a free dessert! Really thought cracker barrel was better than this .

This is the first time we came with no wait. Second time we have been here, first time we came I ordered chicken fried chicken and when I cut into the chicken it was still raw and frozen. I was scared to come back, however this time was good. We ordered the country fried steak which was good. Grilled marinated chicken fingers which was a lot better than the fried chicken fingers I had when they replaced my raw chicken fried chicken. The grilled chicken was really flavorful. The hashbrown casserole was amazing, steak fries were okay. The fried okra was old and bland and the honey mustard and ranch were also bland and tasted store bought. The meats were good this time, they need to work on the sides. We might return.

The Covid safety practices were non-existent when I visited in early February. Although there were signs telling people that if they weren't wearing masks they wouldn't be let in, the store was ignoring the policy. The place was PACKED with unmasked patrons. It really grossed me out.
Wish I could answer, this was not the best Cracker barrel I have been to.
Never had a problem there. With all the flu viruses and other viruses around the past few months, I doubt it was from their food, cleanliness rating has always been quite high there.
