I just tried to order a pizza from this location. A male employee answered and asked me to hold. I was left on hold for over 10 minutes! I hung up and called back and someone lifted the phone and hung up! Then I called back a third time and the same employee answered and asked me to hold again. I explained that I was placed on hold for too long already, then hung up on and I’d like to go ahead and order my pizza. This employee simply hangs up on me!!! I’ve already contacted Marcos Corporate and I’m going to copy and past this on every review site I can possibly find until this employee is terminated!

We ordered a medium cheese pizza. They brought a pizza with everything on it. I called again asking for them to deliver the correct medium cheese. They said it would take 45 minutes. I called again at 1.5 hours later and said it would be here in a couple of minutes. It's two hours later and still no pizza. I made my kids dinner. We have tried to be loyal customers but they have screwed up our last 3 orders. They are terrible!
