To the Management Team, I am so impressed with the organization of the re-surfacing of our entrance and parking within the complex. From the communication to the carrying out of the service from the contractor, I was amazed at the efficiency of the the process and with very little disruption to our day. Well done 👍🏻

I was so excited to look at these apartments, but Margie was so awful. She acted as if she couldn’t get rid of me fast enough. Gave extremely short answers to any question while on tour. When the tour was over, Margie, again was so rude. She did not in any way, shape, or form try to talk about leasing. Instead she rushed inside and left me in the parking lot to leave. When my father went inside to ask a follow up question, she barked back an answer and he immediately left due to the environment she created. If the rest of management is anything like this, DO NOT LEASE HERE. She immediately turned me off from applying & I was super interested.

I only moved in today (and I'm not even finished). The staff has been very nice and helpful, with a special thank you to Margie). I haven't lived in an apartment in almost 10 years, but so far I'm pleased with the experience.

Extremely heartbreaking to see that they evicted tenants and left their belongings in the parking lot in the rain the other night. I suspect there will be a lot more to come with an increase of almost $400 more monthly at my lease renewal compared to my current rent after being here for 2 years. Sad when the only real upgrades in the past year have been door locks that are constantly going offline and getting jammed. I was already annoyed with the internet situation making me pay more monthly for subpar internet when I was paying less on my own with better connection. They're trying to make updates, but no updates made were worth an increase of almost$400/month. an increase of almost$400/month. They have now listed our apartments on Airbnb. So on top of increasing rent, they're going to let anyone into the community without a background check.
