I'm guessing you're asking about age limitation. There is a sperate heat for drivers under 16. Not sure what the minimum age however. There was a 7 year old driving when we were there.
8-14 year olds are in smaller carts and in separate heats than the 15+ group. The kids usually run faster times than the adults so there is no lack of speed in the smaller cart. My 11 year old runs the same times as me.
Yes there's a kids division and and adult division. The website gives the ages of each division.
