I see they only have a couple of stars and it’s probably because they are agonizingly slow and rude about it. I just waited in line for at least 10 minutes for them to tell me my meds weren’t ready, And I had to leave because I had a dog in the car and typically a trip to the pharmacy is in and out very quickly, but not the Walgreens on timber and aversboro. There were lots of people behind the counter too, even two at one register. Please stop patronizing this place, maybe if they shut down they’ll finally learn how pharmacies should work. They charge WAY too much to be taking their time like that.

They should fire and replace the entire pharmacy staff because they cannot seem to manage the simplest tasks. Instead of refilling my prescription, they closed it out and it has been weeks to get it straightened out. We never had problems until the last two years and now it is like pulling teeth every single month to get anything done. Also they did a horrific job on our passport photos. $60 for four people and they almost got rejected at the post office because they were so bad.

I made an appointment to get my flu shot at 7 PM. I showed up 10 minutes early and waited until 7:43 PM to get my shot. The first young lady that checked me in told me it would be just a minute and they had a further questionnaire for me. When I checked back (45 minutes later) I was told that was not necessary because they do walk in visits. Once another worker checked with the pharmacist ... they said I can get my flu shot right away. The young Spanish lady who I spoke to later on at the point of sale was very pleasant and the pharmacist was professional and pleasant. I just wasted 40 minutes of my life that I can't get back because some young teenager wasn't paying attention or did not know the proper protocol. That is just not OK when time is so important and you've been working all day! Jesus!
