I have been with Dave and Meg. Hunter for 20-25 years. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. They are rude and hateful to there customers. I also put in a request to change my billing address multiple times over a year and a half and was never changed. I also put in a request to speak with my agent Meg. Hunter 5 times and never got a phone call. I was told by Jody in the office that Meg. Hunter did not have time to talk to customers like me because she is the business owner even though she is my insurance agent. Anyone that has insurance with this agency I would check your policy really well because they wont be there when you need them.

I have just insured another vehicle at Meg's State Farm location, and just as the first time, the experience was great. Solid customer service skills can be hard to find at some establishments, however at this State Farm, they've never disappointed me. It feels very welcoming to always be greeted with a smile when entering. Also, the staff are so professional that I'm sure if one of them was having a bad day, a customer wouldn't know about because they wouldn't let is show. The office manager, Jodi, was so nice and pleasant and took the time to explain my policy to me in depth. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for professionals to handle your insurance needs.
