If there was a 0 Star option I would give it. This company has been a nightmare to work with from day one. Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if the good reviews on here were paid. They tried to screw us on the move in and now they are holding 1500 dollars of rental money for ransom while repeatedly hitting us with late fees on the money we already paid them. They tried to withhold the keys on our move in date and we had to call corporate to have them give us the keys for our move in. They refuse to fix any problems and its been nothing but downhill after dealing with them. I will never EVER give another cent to this company after our lease is done and I hope for your mental health none of you will either. Its disgusting.

Update: I originally gave this company 5 stars prior to being an actual resident. Please do not rent with Progress. They do not respond to maintenance/service tickets. They just close the ticket on their end. When you ask for follow-up no one calls you back. The backyard at the house I rent is unusable. It floods because it has wholes and a huge hill. I was told it would be handled within my first 2 weeks. 3 months later… no change. No one returns my emails or calls about it anymore. Just be careful with Progress. I’m now stuck renting a house where I can’t use the backyard ever and I will have to move when my lease is up. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I tried to get that light in the master bedroom closet fixed a couple of times, he was quick and polite and fixed it, he was amazing
