I went to the ER at this hospital arrived at 4:30pm on Wednesday afternoon. Had severe chest pain radiating into my neck and left arm. They did vitals on me during my stay in the waiting room and continually assured me my wait would be a while. The people working at the desk most of them are beyond rude! And the same excuse the employees kept using was they didn’t have any beds. True story is IF they’d all get to WORK and stop talking and do their jobs they’d actually get patients seen. But you definitely didn’t see any movement coming from out of the ER either. I was finally taken back to an exam room at 4:00am! The nurse hooked me up to an ekg, heart monitor machine and went down the hall where I could see her camped out the entire next 2.5 hours on the computer and talking amongst her coworkers. Now on to the fine incompetent doctors that obviously couldn’t get on the same page. The first one was going to admit me because of my lab numbers, but the next doctor didn’t think my heart issue was serious enough so she told me she was sending me home. Now I just checked my labs on my chart and actually my t levels had gone up not down before she released me. So Moore regional hospital I won’t be using your ER again anytime soon if ever again. After spending nearly an entire day in this hospital ER which is beyond ridiculous, I’m beyond disgusted in the care I received.

The ER is a joke. It took 24 hours to get admitted. It’s no one knew how to do their job. The communication between doctors and nurses are horrible. Don’t risk you life coming here.

Been here over 4 hrs. Still waiting my symptoms are bleeding internally. Can they be sued.

I would like to respond with a excellent service
One healthy adult support person for the duration of the patient’s stay. More information came be found here: https://www.firsthealth.org/lifestyle/news-events/2020/1/firsthealth-relaxes-some-visitor-restrictions-safety-remains-top-priority
If he's having symptoms like shortness of breath, chest tightness, or pain yes you should seek help. If he's feeling fine this is not an emergency but a call to your primary care provider is a good idea.
Unfortunately due to vistor restrictions there is only one vistor at the moment
They are called ambassadors. 715-1000 and ask for patient services.
The physician that ordered them should provide the results to you
Think your doctor can do ac referral to stay there
The current visitor restrictions allow one healthy adult support person for laboring and obstetric patients for the duration of their stay. No visitors under the age of 18 will be allowed. No visitation is allowed for COVID-19 positive patients or patients who are under investigation.
Yes, one visitor only
No.....
Yes, Mr. Bunnells. You can use your scooter
It's at the conference center parking area. Leaving the traffic circle taking the 211/Candor exit, it will be the first right after the lights at Page rd.
Ask at admission, or ask a nurse at any point...pse & tu sb a given...
Due to the outbreak of flu, we currently ask that only immediate family members visit patients in the hospital and no children under 12 years old. If you have special circumstances, feel free to discuss with the charge nurse.
