The phlebotomist, Paula, was PHENOMENAL. I am a hard draw and not only did she successfully draw on the first stick, but did so without a pinch nor any bruise or mark on my arm whatsoever! Best big blood draw experience EVER! Everyone was thorough, courteous, listened, and I look forward with confidence to being your patient. Lindsey V was amazing and I am SO happy with the options she presented me with. Looking forward to my care plan! Thank you!!
