Awesome inclusive park with an awesome splash pad. Park doesn't provide alot of shade on hot days so the equipment gets hot but the splash pad is free. There are shaded picnic tables for the adults too

Yes, it is free. Every table is first come first serve though. So while you are able to have a birthday party here, you are not guaranteed a place to sit or set up
Disregard, I went for a walk today in trails by splash pad & it's not open afterall. The website was incorrect.
I'm not sure I can't remember seeing one but I could be wrong
