I hired Veterans Guardian after using DAV to assist me in navigating the VA. After my last small rating increase in 2015, i used DAV to try to get to 100% due to my inability to work and my PTSD. I was offloaded to the DAV rep in San Diego and in my opinion was given little to no help. Once i relocated to Texas i found the one DAV rep in my area was too far away. So Veterans Guardian was a lifesaver. They guided me thru the process i needed to do, step by step, and got me a very very fast turn around. And I’m now 100%. P&T as i should have been years ago. I’ve had some say i shouldn’t be paying for this kind of help. For the level and quality of help i got and the speed and the results, it was worth every penny. .

It was a process but the outcome was good, if you are tired of the fight alone they are in your corner.

Are they accredited by the VA?

They are NOT accredited. I just finished my increase filing and using Veterans Guardian was an amazing process. From 90% to 100% in about 2 months (start to finish). You will pay for their service but ONLY of you get an increase.

What do they charge to help?

Veterans Guardian VA Claim Consulting | Sep 27, 2021

The consulting fee varies as it depends on your end results. We recognize your claim needs are unique, so there is not one flat fee. We're results based, which means you pay nothing to try this, and NO FEE unless you see a favorable outcome at the end. Our team would be happy to have a conversation with you about your needs, and give you all the details for your specific situation.

Our ultimate mission is to help vets not only achieve their maximum VA rating, but to maintain it. What sets us apart from other resources available? Our clients benefit from specialized teams, assisting them in each facet of the claims journey. We don’t expect the veteran to know the various entitlements available to them - it’s our job. We encourage all veterans to exhaust free services such as VSO, however oftentimes this fails to yield the desired results. Unfortunately, most free services have limited capabilities and no step by step guidance. Lawyers are a common alternative, but consider this: their compensation is based on back-pay, which accrues month by month. This results not only in a lengthier claims process, but a significant financial cost as well. Alternatively, clients of Vets Guardian not only see results quickly (often in months).  We're transparent about our fee structure, and we are purely results based. No increase = No Fee. The veteran’s win is our win.

Why do they charge 5× the amount that a veteran recives? That seems like there taking advantage of the vet

Bill Bigsby | Sep 27, 2020
Veterans Guardian VA Claim Consulting | Sep 27, 2020

Veterans Guardian encourages all veterans to fully exhaust the free services available to them first, such as their local VSO or DAV. Unfortunately the fact is many veterans fail to accomplish their goals when utilizing such services. For veterans that are looking for more personalized step by step assistance, VG is a proven alternative. Our goal is to help veterans achieve ALL the benefits which they are legally, medically and ethically eligible for. The consulting fee allows us to provide a highly individualized professional service - and the fee applies only if and when the veteran has a favorable outcome. We have a vested interest in seeing you succeed. We are a real "brick & mortar" business located in Pinehurst, NC serving veterans world-wide. We employ over 100 Veterans, Spouses of Veterans and Spouses of Active Duty, and are committed to supporting our local veteran community. Veterans Guardian, Social Media Team
