I've lived here for 2 years with my 3 children. Let's get it out of the way... The apartments were built a long time ago. The floors on the upper floors creak. The stairs creak. When downstairs, you can hear every move made upstairs... I have not had any maintenance issues that were out of the ordinary, though. Though the maintenance staff is always busy, I have never had an issue go unattended to for more than a couple of days. I have not, in 2 years, heard anything from the residents on either side of me. The walls are thick and sound is not an issue. The neighborhood is QUIET. Kids play outside and ride their bikes and have fun, but the thing that caught me off guard is how quiet it is. Police cruise through the neighborhood on a fairly regular basis, which is nice, but not because there are any regular issues. Delivery packages, like Amazon, are dropped off on each apartment's doorstep and I have never had to worry about anything ever being taken. Some residents have a problem in being able to get their trash in the dumpster. It can be off-putting to see, but maintenance goes out of their (his) way to try and keep it tidy. Some residents also have an issue with picking up their dogs' "leave-behinds", but there are many doggy bag disposal stations throughout the complex and the bags are replenished often. The apartment manager, Eileen, is courteous, straightforward, and helpful with anything asked of her. Each apartment building has a HUGE back yard and Oak Hollow Lake is within a few hundred yards of each building, which is very cool. Any grocery store, restaurant, or gas station is about 5 minutes away. The location is incredible. I-74 is about a half mile away. All new move-in apartments are painted with a pleasent grey and the floors are a vinyl wood-grain, which is very nice. The pool is well-maintained and not ever really busy. Facilties are extremely well kept up. For the amount of space in each unit, the price is well below market value. I am very happy here.

Pool was open late summer last year. This year they're telling us to utilize another complex pool while ours is under construction. No playground, nothing for the kids to do. Furthermore if you fall on hard times they do not give you time to come up with the money. It's immediate filing of eviction! Do not move to this place they go up on your rent every year

Management was awesome and made the whole process easy and simple! My townhome is updated to 2022 standards, remind me of a newly renovated Hotel.
