If you are inquiring about apartments in the Newport News area, please for GODS SAKE look past admiral point apartments. The rent is decent for a 2 bedroom apartment but they are not going to tell you about the roach infestation they have here. It is horrible & they have people to spray but all they do is spray the bathroom and kitchen and that’s it. I’m not leaving this review because of anything they did to me over here or anything, I just simply wish I was told about this before I moved here.

Rent is based on financial savings or assets; this sometimes works against you. A person's monthly income might be small but if in the past you've managed to save a few bucks, that can put you up on the higher rent scale. I understand this is due to federal guidelines.

It’s 3/21/2019 4:04 am I’m up crying and I’m up out my sleep killing roaches scared they will get on my babies. I pay full rent no section 8 They come spray but nothing changes this is the new projects. Tired of spraying them tired of killing bugs I want to just leave my apartment but I will have no where to go with my little ones just woke up they are all over the kitchen and bathroom and my bedroom walls they carry diseases. I never get rest I’m more worried about them. You can see the roaches in hallways they throw people off by showing them the main office hallways and apartment walk around before u move in dry threw here at night drug activity my Sister was outside a few months ago and saw someone shooting at someone. The apartments have potential they have ALOT of work to do I will probably break my lease and leave everything behind start over these roaches are hard to kill
