We thought coming to this new location would be a great experience! NOT. The greeters were so rude! It was a busy Friday night so I understand it can’t be hectic. As I sat there waiting for my table I overheard these conversations. A lady came up and told them that she wanted the full experience and she couldn’t get that sitting behind the grill. This one greeter with really short hair basically told her there was nothing she could do and proceeded to tell her she doesn’t need to get upset with her. As the lady walked away she said “I need to walk away” pulled her vape out and walked to the bathroom where she was gone for a little while. When she came back they all proceeded to talk about the situation and four of them were in a group with their backs to the guest. Then we were sat at a table where they already got their drinks, order was taken and salads were coming out. So we were late getting there. My husband wanted sushi but the menu had no prices, we asked for a sushi list it took her 15 minutes to get it after she forgot. We couldn’t find the imperial dinner for two either. We finally ordered our food and I ordered an appetizer. The Chef came who was absolutely amazing. And half way through the show I still don’t have my appetizer. I went to the bar and the manager was nice enough to take it off the bill and bring me another one. At that point we hadn’t seen our server (remind you it’s closing time so the servers are doing there side work to go home) it has been a good 20 minutes our drinks our empty. So I had to track someone down to get us drinks. Meanwhile I am missing the great experience with the chef. Highly disappointed.

They were apparently short staffed on the Sunday we were there around 3pm. But once the chef came and started is was awesome! I highly recommend and looking forward to our next visit to kaze Japanese Steakhouse

They Do not Have a paper menu You have to use the QR code!!!

They do their best to keep groups that come in together at the grill top tables. They ask that everyone keep their masks on until their food is served. They also try not to overcrowd their dining areas, so sometimes the wait can be a bit longer than usual.
