Call to double check, but this isn't a museum I'd recommended on a holiday, as it's a small one and you'll wind up speeding more time waiting in line.
In the past they've been open on holidays. Those are actually the really busy days... I suggest you call them, though, to be sure.
You would have to call or visit site for holiday information. I attended on memorial day, there was a line and it was crowded
