when we went there the line was very long, so long in fact that it was on the opposite side of the street and still going. I heard the guy that was directing the line tell people whether you bought a ticket in advance or not you still have to get on the line. I think buying a ticket early makes more sense but I am not sure if it matters when it comes to the line.
You should by tickets in advance. This type of place will sell out daily
